Please install it in your smartphone first, then connect the watch to your smartphone through the app instead of through your phone’s bluetooth list to reach the complete functions.Steps: Download the ‘Da Fit’ app in your smartphone (you can scan the QR code in user manual or search ‘Da Fit’ in App Store)—Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone—Go to ‘Da Fit’ app —-ADD A Device—search the device named ‘I22’–tap on ‘I22’ — Finish to connect.Please make sure that you connect the watch via the app first, not the phone bluetooth. Make sure the mobile phone network signal is good. If you still can’t find the watch bluetooth, please restart your smartphone.

Why can’t receive massage?

Please make sure that “Da Fit” app has the permission to read notification: Settings — Notifications — Da Fit — Allow Notifications.Please connect your watch to your phone via the Da Fit app then open the “Da Fit” app — Device — Notification — Turn on the Notification and SMS.（Note: APP need to run in background）.Turn off the “Do Not Disturb” function on your watch. Swipe down the screen—Click on the “Do Not Disturb” icon in the upper left corner—the moon icon is gray to indicate that the “Do Not Disturb “mode has been turned off.

Swipe down the screen—-turn on the”Call” function switch—-Open phone’s setting and turn on the Bluetooth—-find the “Watch Call” and click it to connect.After the dual buletooth connection has conected successfully, you can use the watch to（Call receiveing/Dial）calls ,control voice assistants and listen to music.

Note: The audio cannot be turned on when the watch battery is low. The distance of the Bluetooth connection should not exceed ten meters.

SMS/SNS Notifications

If the DND icon is grey, it means turn off the disturb function,the watch can receive WhatsApp/Text/Facebook notification normally.
