  • Beauty advent calendars at their best

The beginning of December is miles off and yet, here we are in the middle of July starting to talk about beauty advent calendars.

If we’ve learnt anything from years gone by, it’s that in order to get your hands on one of the best Beauty Advent Calendars going, time really is of the essence.

Because some of the most popular calendars, like Liberty London, Jo Malone London and Cult Beauty, sell out at increasingly rapid rates. We’re talking hours, not days in some instances. The problem is that you’re up against all of the other beauty lovers, all vying to be one of the lucky few to open up a window on December 1st to find a beauty product waiting for them.

So in order to bag yourself one of these incredibly festive treats, you need to arm yourselves with as much information as possible. This is where we come in. We are going to be giving you the lowdown on every single beauty advent calendar available around the 2022 Christmas period. We’ll tell you when they’ll be available to shop, how much they are and give you a glimpse at what’s inside.

We’ll be constantly updating this page ahead of December 1st with information and any tips or insider info, to ensure that you don’t miss out on getting the beauty calendar you want – neigh, deserve – this festive season.

Whilst we don’t yet have any information on this year’s offerings (we do know that Neal’s Yard and The White Company will be going on sale very soon), we thought we’d whet your appetite with some of the amazing calendars from last year.

    1. Space NK Beauty Advent Calendar 2021

This was by far one of our favourite beauty advent calendars of the season. Space NK only stock the most covetable brands – think Augustinus Bader, Summer Fridays, Hourglass, Dr Barbara Sturm, Sunday Riley, Drunk Elephant and so many more. Worth £744, but yours for just under £200. If you’re a beauty obsessive that loves to keep up with the most in-demand brands then keep an eye out for the beauty retailers calendar.

It’s no surprise really when it contains products like Philip Kingsley Elasticizer, Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Rollerball and Huda Beauty Nude Obessesions Rich Palette. In total last year’s calendar was worth more than £320, meaning you saved more than £200. Nice.

Oh my goodness, it’s the one you’ll all be waiting for: the Jo Malone London advent calendar. And with last year’s, there was one big difference – it included a 30ml Cologne. If that doesn’t sound incredible, we don’t know what does.

    5. Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar 2021

Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar 2021 - beauty advent calendar

The industry’s most popular and well-loved beauty advent calendar. Last year the products were just incredible – Le Labo, Olaplex, Votary, Augustinus Bader. And hidden in one calendar was a golden ticket that gave one lucky person £5,000 to be spent at Liberty. In the past it’s sold out too quickly, but last year they produced 38% more calendars.
